Vinification:

  • Grapes are vinified separately to produce maximum maturity.
  • Fermentation of the whole crop lasts about 12 days according to the vintage.

Description:

Sweet, fragrant black cherries with notes of vanilla and a hint of smoke on the nose. Soft yet powerful palate supported by ripe tannins. The concentrated fruit core is underscored by rich notes of nutmeg and mocha which herald the savoury, herbal finish.
