- The juice ferments naturally and its temperature is maintained at 16 °C all through its fermentation.

Description:
Clean, fresh, lovely, bright, slightly salty, citrus, yellow plum, and fruit blossom character with notes of herb. Such a vivid, joy-filled wine packed with character and substance. Southern Rhone white at its best.
