  • Maturation on fine lees for 1 month without malolactic fermentation

Description:

The cooler climate of the Sainte Victoire terroir produces medium level of alcohol resulting in a fresh, thirst quenching wine with good acidity and light tannic structure. The texture is delicate and soft. It’s attractive and ripe, with red plum, cherry and a sophisticated perfumed character that make it delicious.
