Vinification: Direct pressing, wine making in underground thermo-regulated vats. The wine is left on the lees for a minimum of 2 years, with one or two bâtonnages per year. (stirring the settled lees back into the wine) to noticeably increase its richness.

Alcohol content:

Description: Pale yellow with golden hints. The very complex nose, is first open with ripe citrus and grilled nuts with honey hints, to finish with the aniseed freshness. The creamy palate is very powerful, and dominated by citrus and grilled hints, the finish is fresh and mineral.
