Harvest: Hand picking harvest of our two best parcels in our territory between the end of September and October

Vinification:

  • « Saignée » of the first juice extracted early in the morning when temperature is still cool
  • Fermentation in stainless steel thermo- regulated tanks to keep the aromas

Alcohol content: 12.5%

Description: Color: light salmon with hints of terracotta. Aromas of floral scents, white peaches and ripe red berries. A refreshing and dynamic mouth, well-balanced, with subtle lasting notes of strawberries.
