Vinification:

  • Completely destemmed grapes macerate at low temperatre, to keep the maximum flavor
  • Aging 4 months on the lees

Alcohol content: 13%

Description:  Color: pale color with elegant green tints. Aromas : first swirl reveals enlivening floral (jasmine) and fruity (mango and apricot) scents. A fresh palate, with a hint of melon and lasting notes of white fruit, apricot and toasted flavors.
