Soil:  Sandy Clay, argillaceous limestone marl.

Harvest: Only the best grapes are selected during a green harvest in the summer, which eliminates at least 20% of the production.

Vinification:

  • Grapes are vinified separately to produce maximum maturity.
  • The juice ferments naturally and its temperature is maintained at 16 °C all through its fermentation.

 Alcohol content: 13%

Description:

Clean, fresh, lovely, bright, slightly salty, citrus, yellow plum, and fruit blossom character with notes of herb. Such a vivid, joy-filled wine packed with character and substance. Southern Rhone white at its best.
