  • Vatting varies from 15 to 27 days depending on the amount of tannin requested by the vintage and the grape maturity
  • The Cairanne is aged on lees for 9 months

The 2012 Cairanne expresses notes of dark fruit, blackberry, laurel, and licorice which is typical from Vacqueyras and Cairanne area. The consistency is smooth with velvety tannins.
