Vinification:

  • Separate for each plot according to grape maturity
  • Thermoregulated fermentation
  • Selection on fine lees after homogenization for at least 24 hours

Alcohol content: 12%

Description:

The Gorges 2009 has an elegant minerality that is well balanced by a 24 months aging on lees. The wine features an amazing complexity revealing notes of toasted bread and honey.
