Harvest: Hand picking harvest of our two best parcels in our territory between the end of September and October
Vinification:
- Completely destemmed grapes macerate during 12 days at low temperatre, to keep the maximum flavor
- Continuous foot-pressing the grapes for total juice extraction
- Juice is left for a natural fermentation at 77 degrees Fahrenheit
- Wine is transferred into French oak barrels and aged for 8 months

Description: Deep bright red color, with a warm and pleasant aroma of ripe black fruits, cherry and blackcurrant notes. Well-balanced mouthfeel, supported by the oak and offering long black fruit feeling at the end.
