Vinification:

  • Completely de-stemmed grapes
  • 6 hours maceration at low temperature in the press to reduce the number of pumpings
  • Aging 4 months on the lees

Alcohol content: 12.5%

Description:  Color: bright color with green highlights. An expressive wine with scents of exotic fruits (litchi, pineapple) and honeysuckle. The palate is refreshing with wonderful lingering aromas.
