Château de l’Engarran, one of the most beautiful Languedoc chateaux, is situated just outside Montpellier within the cru of St. Georges d’Orques.
Kept within the same family for 5 generations, two sisters are now in charge of the domain: Diane, the winemaker, and Constance, head of marketing and sales. They have found a way to mix traditional winemaking with modern techniques and the result is a great domain that we see as the typical example of the value of Languedoc wines: authenticity and modernity at the service of the wine.
Its 60 hectares produce AOC and Vins de Pays d’Oc wines. Engarran has a winery where modernity is combined with tradition and the purpose is to give full expression to the terroir and the traditional varieties: Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan.
