  • Topping up, racking, blending, tasting rhythm the maturing period during which the tannin structure is becoming more rounded and where new complex aromas are released.

Description: Vibrant. Violet notes lead, with pure and fresh dark fruits, and approachable tannins. Skillful use of oak rounds out the package, with a long, persistent finish.
