  • Alcoholic fermentation under low controlled temperature with cooling apparatus in each vat
  • Ageing on lees for 12 months in stainless steel vats and oak barrels with weekly stirring
  • Racking, blending and bottling in September
  • Additional 6 months aging in bottle before release

The wine shows great yellow gold bright color with white note. A fruity and complex nose with vanilla and exotic fruits tastes. The palate is buttery and finely wooded which reveals apricots and coconut aromas.
