Vinification:

  • Carbonique maceration for a minimum of 8 days
  • The wine is aged for 9 to 18 months depending on the vintage in oak barrels (1, 2 or 3 wines) sourced from Domaine Lucien Lemoine in Beaune

Alcohol content: 12.5%

Description:

Deep and intense color. Consentrated nose. Powerfull taste with velvety and elegant tannins characterised by a remarkable lenght. The taste is dominated by well-ripened red fruit and a hint of cherry. Can be kept 7 to 10 years.
