Vinification:

  • Carbonic maceration for 9 days

  • 10 to 15% is aged in oak barrels (1, 2 or 3 wines) sourced from Domaine Lucien Lemoine in Beaune

Description:

The vines are just a few hundred meters from the famous Pisse-Vieille vineyard, giving aromatic wines where plum, cherry and kirsch are dominant. It is long in the mouth and the tannins are refined.
