Vinification:

  • Carbonique maceration for 9 days
  • The wine is aged for 6 to 12 months depending on the vintage
  • 10 to 15% is aged in oak barrels (1, 2 or 3 wines) sourced from Domaine Lucien Lemoine in Beaune

Alcohol content: 12.5%

Description:

The vines are just a few hundred metres from the famous Pisse-Vieille named vineyard, giving aromatic wines where plum, cherry and kirsch are dominant. It is long in the mouth and the tannins are refined.
