Jeb Dunnuck writes about the wine : “The 2010 Côtes du Rhône Villages Séguret Laurances is still outstanding, showing plenty of peppery spice, currants and licorice, medium to full-bodied richness and solid underlying structure. It should continue to evolve nicely through 2018. ”

SABLE / SÉGURET – Moving north and east of Gigondas, towards Mount Ventoux, you hit the villages of Sablet and Séguret, both located on the northwest facing slopes of the Dentelles de Montmirail. The soils here consist of more sand near the village, but have a limestone soils similar to Gigondas as you move into the higher elevation vineyards. Both appellations produce reds, whites and rosés.
